All-Stars Gymnastics

Me & my pal (15 – 30 months) & Little Dippers (2 ½ -3 ½ years)
• Help increase their social skills in a fun safe atmosphere
• Build on their motor and coordination skills
• Give them classes that are always pleasurable, playful, safe and insightful

Big Dippers (3 ½ - 4. years)
• Help increase their social skills in a fun safe atmosphere
• Build on their motor and coordination skills
• Give them classes that are always pleasurable, playful, safe and insightful

• Work on listening skills and start building the foundation of this great sport

Gymnastic classes (5 years & up)
• Teach children the true value and rewards of hard work
• Have them experience the thrill of accomplishment
• Build their self confidence and self esteem
• Give them classes full of excitement, enthusiasm, techniques, flexibility, strength, coordination and skills

Advanced Classes (5 years & up)
• To increase the challenge level in your child
• Create a class for those children who are more advanced and want more time in the gym
• Give them a class in which they will work on their strength, flexibility, advanced skills in a structured atmosphere

Cheering / Tumbling (5 years & up)
• This is a class for those who are interested in working on tumbling, jumps, flexibility, endurance and strength
• Give them a class in which they will work on both gymnastics and cheering in a safe well matted facility
